SHOP DRAWINGS:

Shop drawings for the products specified are provided for your approval and are included in our proposal.

Design changes initiated after the first submittal of shop drawings and requiring minor adjustments are usually completed free of charge.  However, Woodstone reserves the right to amend pricing for shop drawings and product, as represented by the current Schedule of Values, when significant changes are made to the specifications, drawings or dimensions.  Furthermore, in order to adjust to long term changes in labor and material markets, Woodstone reserves the right to amend pricing for projects in which production is delayed by the client 30 days or more from the date of the initial submittal of shop drawings.  Changes occurring after acceptance of approved shop drawings are completed in accordance with the Woodstone proposal and policy documents.

Upon receipt of your 10% Deposit, Schedule of Values Summary, Woodstone Specification Addendum and completed Project Questionnaire, Woodstone will submit to you the first in a series of Verification Notices.   The Verification Notices acknowledge a variety of transmittals and indicate acceptance of submitted information or indicate a specific request for resubmittal of specific details for clarification.

Your Shop Drawing Manuals will include itemized Specifications, Elevations, Section Details, Woodstone's Policy and Warranty Information, Prime & Paint Information and Installation Procedures. The manuals are usually supplied in triplicate. For large projects, we recommend that you consider dividing the project into smaller more manageable segments. Woodstone's production management procedures allow customized production and delivery scheduling.
